Linde India has informed that it enclosed the pdf copies of newspaper publications made in Business Standard (English) - Kolkata edition and Aajkal (Bengali) - Kolkata edition of 25 May 2023 containing extract of Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and 15 months period ended 31 March 2023, which were approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 May 2023. The aforesaid information has been published by the Company in compliance with Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
