Upon approval of members, the dividend, will be paid within 30 days of approval/declaration, Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter & year ended 31st March, 2023 along with Statutory Auditor Report(s) with unmodified opinion on the said Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results and Declaration duly signed by the Chief Financial Officer of the Company are enclosed.
