Lee & Nee Softwares to invest up to Rs 90 lakh in Lensel Web Services

Lee & Nee Softwares Exports has received an approval for investment of up to Rs 90 lakh in Lensel Web Services, so as to make it a subsidiary company. The board of company at its meeting held on March 15, 2013 has approved for the same. Lensel Web Services is involved in the business of web designing and customized software domestically from last 13 years.

Besides, the company wants to carry out the business of shares and securities entirely as a different unit and as such has identified Rituraj Share Broking for the same purpose. The board approved to invest up to Rs 4.25 crore so as to make it subsidiary of the company.

Further, the board decided to carry out the business of investment in different sectors and agreed to invest up to Rs 5 crore in realty sector through another company.
