Physical rubber prices close unchanged on Saturday

Physical rubber prices closed unchanged on Saturday. Traders seemed to be waiting for a clear trend to emerge once the international markets resume trading on Monday.

Spot prices for RSS- 4 and RSS- 5 variety closed unchanged at Rs. 162.50/ kg and Rs. 160/ kg respectively.

In the futures market, contract of April delivery improved to Rs. 164.60 compared to its previous closing of Rs. 163.93, while May delivery closed at Rs. 167.80 compared to its previous closing of Rs. 167 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange (NMCE).
