Jaykay Enterprises (JKE) has received an in-principal approval for the merger of business of Silvergrey Engineers, a partnership firm in which JKE hold 99% sharing, into the company. The Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on May 29, 2023, has approved the same. The Board has authorized the management of JKE to take the required steps in this regard including hiring of consultant.
The company manufactures synthetic yarns, fibres and fabrics, portland and white cement, chemicals, fertilisers, pharmaceuticals and synthetic fibre-making machinery, and chemicals, and develops renewable energy sources.
