Brightcom Group has informed that the payment of the final dividend of Rs 0.10 per equity share of Rs 2 for the Financial Year 2022–23 has been recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company in a meeting held on May 30, 2023. If approved by the Company's shareholders, the final dividend will be paid within thirty days of the end of the 24th Annual General Meeting of the Company. Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, the date of book closure for the purpose of final dividend shall be intimated in due course of time. The meeting was duly commenced at 20:30 Hrs on 30.05.2023 and concluded at 02:45 Hrs on 31.05.2023.
