Just In: India’s GDP growth accelerates to 6.1% in Q4FY23

India’s gross domestic product (GDP) for the January-March quarter (Q4) of the financial year 2022-23 has grown by 6.1 per cent as compared to 4.4 per cent in the previous quarter. The GDP had expanded by 4.1 per cent in the corresponding quarter of 2021-22. For FY23, the Indian economy clocked a growth rate of 7.2 per cent as against a 9.1 per cent growth in 2021-22.
