Informed Technologies India has informed that in pursuant of Regulation 39 (3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Company has received a request on 02 June, 2023 from RTA for issue of duplicate share certificate against the certificates reported to be lost/misplaced as per the details enclosed. The duplicate share certificates will be issued only after completion of necessary formalities and on receipt of relevant documents from the shareholder(s).
