In terms of the provisions of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, HDFC Asset Management Company has informed that the Share Allotment Committee of the Company vide circular resolution passed on June 2, 2023, approved allotment of 29,115 equity shares of Rs 5 each of the Company bearing distinctive numbers 213440366 to 213469480 pursuant to exercise of stock options by an eligible employee of the Company. Post the above allotment, the paid?up share capital of the Company is Rs 1,06,73,47,400 consisting 21,34,69,480 equity shares of Rs 5 each.
