Sunflag Iron and Steel Company has informed that Physical Share Certificates of the Company, as mentioned in the Annexure, have been reported lost / misplaced by the Shareholders / Applicants and they have requested the Company to issue Duplicate Physical Share Certificates in lieu of originals. The Company will be considering their request of issue Duplicate Share Certificates, after receiving all duly executed / completed legal formalities.
