Digispice Technologies has completed sale of entire shareholding of Hindustan Retail (HRPL), a wholly owned subsidiary along with its two subsidiary companies viz. New Spice Sales and Solutions (NSSSL) and Cellucom Retail India (CRPL). Accordingly, HRPL, NSSSL and CRPL ceased to be subsidiaries of the Company as on June 01, 2023.
Digispice Technologies is primarily engaged into the Information and Communication Technology business providing Value Added Services, and Mobile Content services to the domestic/international Telecom Operators. Also, the company undertakes development and sale of telecom related software.
