Pursuant to Regulation 39 and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, National Peroxide has informed that Link Intime India, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (‘RTA’) of the Company has received request for issuance of duplicate share certificate from following shareholder of the Company, who has reported the loss of their respective Original Share Certificate. The Company shall issue the duplicate Share Certificate only after the necessary formalities are carried out by the Shareholder, Manoramadevi Babulal Shah (Folio No. M00551).
