Hatsun Agro Product is planning to sell its windmill division by way of transfer of all the assets and liabilities related to that on a ‘Slump Sale’ basis to the prospective buyer at a Price mutually agreeable to the Company and the buyer. A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 5, 2023 to consider the same.
Hatsun Agro Product, India's largest private sector dairy, sells liquid milk under the brand name Arokya, ice creams under the brand Arun Icecreams, and a wide range of dairy products under the brand Hatsun.
