Nazara Technologies has completed the acquisition of 6,500 Equity Shares of Rs 100 each of Next Wave Multimedia (Next Wave), the subsidiary of the company, for a total aggregate consideration of over Rs 15 crore on June 07, 2023. With this acquisition, the company’s equity holding in Next Wave has increased from 52.38% to 71.88%, on fully diluted basis.
