Reliance Capital has informed that the adjourned 46th (Forty sixth) meeting of the Committee of Creditors of the Company was duly convened and conducted on Wednesday 7, 2023 at 2:00 pm in Mumbai. At the aforesaid meeting, the CoC discussed and deliberated the resolution plan received from one of the prospective resolution applicants. The said resolution plan will be put for e-voting by the CoC in terms of the relevant provisions under the IBC and the extant regulations made thereunder.
