Pursuant to Regulation 29(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Hindustan Aeronautics has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, the 27th June, 2023, to consider, a proposal of sub-division of equity shares of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Section 61 (1 )(d) of Companies Act, 2013. Further, it has informed that pursuant to the Insider Trading Policy of the Company, the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Insiders including Designated Persons, Connected Persons and their immediate relatives, from tomorrow till 48 hours after declaration of the outcome of the board meeting.
