In accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) read with PARA A of PART A of Schedule III and SEBI Circular No CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015, Home First Finance Company India has informed that the members of the Company by way of special resolution had approved the alteration of Articles of Association (AOA) at its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Thursday, June 8, 2023 at 11.00 am (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in order to align the AOA with the amendment brought out vide Regulation 23(6) of Securities Exchange Board of India (Issue and Listing of Non-Convertible Securities) (Amendment) Regulations, 2023, dated February 2,2023.
