Allcargo Logistics has completed the acquisition of aggregate 1,50,000 Equity Shares (i.e. 30% stake) of Gati-Kintetsu Express (GKEPL) comprising of 1,30,000 Equity Shares (i.e. 26% stake) in GKEPL from KWE-Kintetsu World Express (S) Pte and 20,000 Equity shares (i.e. 4% stake) in GKEPL from KWE Kintetsu Express (India) for an aggregate consideration of Rs 406.70 crore.
