Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’) read with Schedule III thereto of SEBI Listing Regulations and the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015, Schneider Electric Infrastructure has informed that Managing Director (MD) & Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Sanjay Sudhakaran, has tendered his resignation on June 8, 2023, to pursue his career outside the organization. He shall be relieved from the services of the Company with effect from the closure of business hours on June 30, 2023. The Company is in the process of identifying a suitable replacement and shall inform the stock exchanges in due course.
