Info Edge (India) has agreed to sell its entire shareholding held through its wholly owned subsidiary - Startup Investments (Holding) (SIHL) in its associate company namely Happily Unmarried Marketing (HUM) to VLCC Health Care (VLCC) via a mix of cash and other than cash consideration (swap of shares). Consideration received from such sale/disposal is around Rs 61 crore via a mix of cash and share swap.
