Further to its disclosure dated May 2, 2023 wherein the Company had informed that the 116th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company will be held on Wednesday, July 5, 2023. The AGM is being held via two-way Video Conference/Other Audio-Visual Means. This is in compliance with the General Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs dated April 8, 2020, April 13, 2020, May 5, 2020 and subsequent circulars issued in this regard, the latest being December 28, 2022. Tata Steel has informed that it enclosed the 8th Integrated Report & 116th Annual Accounts of the company for the Financial Year 2022-23 along with the Notice of the 116th AGM (‘Integrated Report’). The Integrated Report is available on the website of the Company. The Integrated Report is being sent only through electronic mode, to those Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/Registrar and Transfer Agent/Depository Participant/ Depositories. This is in compliance with the SEBI Circulars dated May 12, 2020, January 15, 2021, May 13, 2022 and January 5, 2023 and applicable Circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs in this regard from time to time. Further, dividend, if approved by the Members of the Company at the AGM, will be paid on and from Monday, July 10, 2023.
