In the said statement 3 Column Headings namely, 'Details of the party (listed entity/subsidiary) entering', 'Details of other related party transaction' and 'Remarks on approval by audit committee' are inadvertently omitted. Hence, it now file revised statement inserting the said columns. Apart from the insertion of the Column Headings, there is no other change in the details provided/filed on 22.5.2023.
