Sheela Foam has informed that it has made and will continue to make disclosures of all the events, information etc. that has a bearing on the operation/performance of the company which include all price sensitive information, etc in compliance with its obligations under regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and its agreements with the stock exchanges; and as it had previously informed vide letter dated 29.12.2022 that the Company evaluates various strategic opportunities for growth and expansion of the business of the Company on an ongoing basis. Pursuant to this, the management of the Company was and remains in discussions with various parties.
