In continuation, Indrayani Biotech has informed that at the meeting of Board of Directors held on June 14, 2023, the Directors has, amongst other subject approved the following: Audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023, pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015. The company has attached the declaration and the copy of the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023 along with the Auditors report for the said period. The Board Meeting commenced at 9.30 pm and concluded at 11.30 pm. The company is arranging to publish the audited financial results in the newspapers. The said financial results will also be available on company’s website www.indrayani.com and also on BSE website www.bseindia.com.
