Barbeque-Nation Hospitality has completed the acquisition of 275 equity shares, constituting 4.21% paid-up share capital of Red Apple Kitchen Consultancy (Red Apple), a Subsidiary of the Company. Post the aforesaid acquisition, the shareholding of the company in the said Subsidiary stands increased to 82.43%.
Earlier, the company had received approval for further acquisition of 275 Equity Shares constituting 4.21% Paid-up Share Capital, having face value of Rs 100 each, of Red Apple, through secondary acquisition i.e., from the existing Shareholders of Red Apple for a total consideration of Rs 10.06 crore.
