Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with para B of part A of schedule Ill of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, and SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015, Rites has informed that the company has signed Contract Agreements with National Railways of Zimbabwe (NRZ) for supply of rolling stock (3000 HP Diesel Electric Locomotives and High Sided Open Wagons) valuing USD 81,175,500. However, the Contract Agreements are subject to approval of funding by funding agency. The details of the Contract Agreements are attached as Annexure-A.
