In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, DMR Hydroengineering & Infrastructures has informed that the company has received a Letter of Acceptance on June 15, 2023 for Consultancy Services for design and construction of Treated Water Tunnel and allied works in Dist. Raigad, subject to the approval of CIDCO. The intimation for the approval of the aforesaid proposed work order, if received, will be intimated in due course. The details as required under SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are annexed as Annexure-1.
