Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has informed that the Company has allotted 13,643 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs 5 ('said Equity Shares') on Friday, June 16, 2023 pursuant to exercise of Restricted Stock Units under ESOP Scheme 2021. The said Equity Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company, in all aspects. Consequent to the above allotment, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company will increase from Rs 144,01,17,930 (28,80,23,586 equity shares of face value Rs 5 each) to Rs 1,44,01,86,145 ( 28,80,37,229 equity shares of face value Rs 5 each).
