Udaipur Cement Works has informed that with reference to letter dated June 9, 2023 for submitting the letter of offer dated June 9, 2023 (LOF) in connection with the Issue and in accordance with Regulation 84 of the SEBI ICDR Regulations, the Company has issued an advertisement in terms of Regulation 84(1) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations (Pre issue Advertisement), which includes, among others, details of the date of completion of dispatch of the abridged letter of offer and application form. The Company has published an advertisement on June 17, 2023 in the following newspapers: Business Standard, an English national daily, all published editions; Business Standard, a Hindi national daily, all published editions; and Dainik Navjyoti, being a Hindi daily newspaper in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India edition, where the Registered Office of the Company is located. Enclosed the soft copy of the Advertisements in ‘pdf’ format accompanied with this letter. The same shall be uploaded on the Website of the Company at www.udaipurcement.com.
