LA Tim Metal & Industries has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 29thJune, 2023, consider and decide fund raising by way of rights issue of equity shares of the Company and for matters incidental thereto and to consider any other matter with the permission of the Chair as the Board may think fit or which is incidental and ancillary to the business of the Company. Further, pursuant to the provision of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Insider Trading Prohibition Policy of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their relatives from 20 June, 2023 till 48 hours after conclusion of Board meeting.
