Physical Rubber prices witnessed weakness on Monday due to sluggish demand from industrial users. Moreover, fears of global economic slowdown and ahead of cues on US monetary policy this week also adding more pressure on rubber prices.
Spot prices for RSS-4 variety fell to Rs 154/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 154.50/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety declined to Rs 151.50/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 152/ kg.
