Repro India has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘Repro DMCC’ in Dubai, UAE. The objects of the Company shall be inter alia to carry on the business of Books and Publication of Books. This new entity formation would widen the solution offerings of the Company, and further strengthen the Company’s organic growth strategy. The company has subscribed 50 shares of United Arab Emirates Dirham 1000 per share.

Repro India is India’s most integrated print solution company. Their infrastructure near the Port of Mumbai one of the most modern in India.
