Pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI LODR Regulations, Pecos Hotels and Pubs has informed that the Company has fixed 'Record Date' on Tuesday, July 11th, 2023 for the purpose of determining the members eligible to receive dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) and decided to close the register of members and share transfer books of the Company from Wednesday, 12th July to Tuesday, 18th July, 2023 for the purpose of ensuing AGM of the Company.
