Pursuant to Regulation 29 and 50 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, SRG Housing Finance has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, June 30, 2023. At the said meeting, the following proposal are being placed for consideration/review for obtaining approval from the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General meeting of the Company: Borrowing/ raising funds by issue of Issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis in in one or more tranches/issues/series as per the business requirement of the Company, in accordance with all the applicable laws.
