India Steel Works has informed that Extraordinary General Meeting (''EGM'') of the Company was held on Friday, 23rd June, 2023 at 2.00 PM through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means. The Resolution No. 1, as contained in the notice of the EGM dated 27.03.2023, was approved/ passed by the shareholders of the Company with requisite majority. As required under Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it enclosed the Combined Voting Result (result of remote e-voting prior to the EGM and e-voting conducted at the EGM) along with the Scrutinizer's Report thereon.
