Kaynes Technology India has informed that as per the Company’s (Kaynes Technology India) Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and amended from time to time, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, June 24, 2023 until the completion of 2 Calendar days post declaration of the financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2023, both days inclusive. During the aforesaid closed Trading Window period, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives have been advised not to enter/deal in any transaction involving sale or purchase of Company’s Equity Shares/Securities during the above-said period. The date of the Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2023, will be intimated in due course.
