Igarashi Motors India has informed that the Company has sent notice to the shareholders who have not claimed or encashed Final Dividend 2015-16 for seven consecutive years as the same has to be transferred to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Account as per the provisions of Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016. Further, as required under the said Rules, the Company has also published a Notice in Business Standard (English Edition) and The Hindu (Tamil Edition). Copies of the published notice are attached. The same will also be made available on the Company's website at www.igarashimotors.com and also on Stock Exchange's website at www.bseindia.com and www.nseindia.com.
