In compliance of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations, 2015 Company's Prohibition of Insider Trading Policy, PNGS Gargi Fashion Jewellery has informed that the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company by all Designated Persons (including his/her immediate relatives or any person with whom he/she shares a material financial relationship) shall remain closed from 1st July, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023. The date of Board Meeting to consider inter alia, the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023 shall be intimated separately in due course.
