ADF Foods has informed that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company by Designated Persons shall remain closed from Saturday, 1st July, 2023 till end of 48 hours after announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for First Quarter ended 30th June, 2023.
