In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and Companies Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by Designated Persons, Dharani Finance has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be remain closed for all the Directors, Promoters and Designated Officers and Connected Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st July 2023 till the end of 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2023 by the Company to the Stock Exchanges where the shares of the Company are listed. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2023 will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all Connected Persons/Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
