In terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in Securities' adopted by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Krishanveer Forge has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from July 01, 2023 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2023. The date of Board Meeting for consideration and declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2023 shall be intimated separately. Accordingly, all Connected Persons/Designated Persons/Directors/Promoters and other insiders are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
