BF Investment has informed that in terms of the Company's Code of conduct for prevention of insider trading in the securities of BF Investment Limited, framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 ‘Trading Window’ for Designated person and specified Connected Person of the Company to deal in Securities of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, July 1, 2023 till the end of 48 hours, after the financial results of the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2023 become generally available.
