Veranda Learning Solutions has informed that as per ‘Veranda Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ adopted by the Company, the trading window for dealing in the Company’s Equity Shares will be closed for the Company’s Directors and other Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) with immediate effect. The closure of trading window is in connection with the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2023. The trading window will open 48 hours after the said Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) are declared to the Stock Exchanges. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for consideration of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June 2023 will be intimated in due course. The trading window closure will be informed to the designated persons in accordance with the above referred Code of Conduct.
