Further to its letter dated May 27, 2023 regarding sale and transfer of all equity shares held by the Company in Auro Vaccines, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, to Curateq Biologics, another wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, as part of verticalization of business operations, Aurobindo Pharma has informed that the said transaction of sale and transfer of shares has been completed and Auro Vaccines has become a step-down subsidiary of the Company with effect from July 1, 2023.
