As per the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, Dev Information Technology has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Employees and immediate relatives of respective persons aforementioned from July 01st, 2023 till 48 hours after announcement of financial results for the first quarter ended on 30th June, 2023. The date of Board Meeting to be held for the consideration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2023 shall be communicated in due course of time.
