In furtherance to letter dated June 28, 2023, Moneyboxx Finance has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held on Saturday, July 01, 2023 (i.e., today), considered and approved the issuance of Rated, Unlisted, Senior, Secured, Redeemable, Taxable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) for an amount not exceeding INR 20 Crore. The information in this regard pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, is enclosed as Annexure-1 to this letter.
