Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and further clarification issued by the Stock Exchanges in this regard, Amber Enterprises India has informed that the closure period of trading window for trading in securities of the Company will be commenced from Monday, 3 July 2023 and remain close till end of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2023. During the closure of trading window, insiders have been advised not to deal in securities of the Company. The date of the Board meeting of the Company for declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2023 will be intimated in due course.
