Jaykay Enterprises (JKE) has received approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs for the incorporation of Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) of the Company in the name of ‘JK Defence & Aerospace’ on July 03, 2023. The said WOS has been incorporated to undertake the business of manufacturing of precision turned components and all type of engineering goods for the defence, aerospace and other allied industries including trade and deal in all kinds of products related to Defence and Aerospace equipments.
The company manufactures synthetic yarns, fibres and fabrics, portland and white cement, chemicals, fertilisers, pharmaceuticals and synthetic fibre-making machinery, and chemicals, and develops renewable energy sources.
