LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 and the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window of the Company for dealing in the Company’s shares for all Directors/ Promoters/ KMPS/ Designated Employees/ Auditor/ Law Firms etc of the Company and their immediate relatives would be closed from 5th July, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter and three months ended 30th June, 2023. The date of Board Meeting to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the first quarter and three months ended 30th June, 2023 will be intimated in due course.
