In reference to Regulation 57(5) Chapter V of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 regarding submission on Quarterly basis of Certificate confirming the payment of interest or dividend or principal obligations for non-convertible securities which were due in that quarter and the details of all unpaid interest/dividend/principal obligations in relation to non-convertible securities at the end of the quarter. In this connection. Fundviser Capital (India) has informed that the said Regulation is applicable only to the Listed Entities which has listed its non-convertible securities on a recognized stock exchange in accordance with securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue and Listing of Non-Convertible Securities) Regulations, 2021. The company has not issued any such Non-convertible Securities and has listed only its Equity Shares on BSE Ltd', and hence, the said Regulation and furnishing of Certificate is not applicable.
